Therefore, much like the commitment we make to our homebuyers, we pledge to make the same commitment to YOU, our REALTOR® partners.

QUALITY: Everybody claims high quality. Here’s how we back it up:

  • We employ a full time superintendent allowing constant on-site supervision
  • We ask the homebuyer to participate in 5 inspections during the construction process
  • We utilize a 70+ page construction policies manual that guides the homebuyer through the construction process.

INTEGRITY: Ojibway Homes is licensed both as a Michigan licensed builder and broker. We offer a 3 year warranty. Our one year comprehensive builder’s warranty plus a 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty®. We respond and complete our service requests within 30 days of receiving the warranty request form from you.

AFFORDABILITY: How about houses starting at $149,900 including the home site?

EASE OF TRANSACTION: Ojibway Homes handles all the details: plans, finishes, financing, scheduling, and inspections. You present us your client in an initial meeting and then collect commission. Or, if you prefer to stay involved, you are gladly welcomed to all of the 15 plus meetings that we conduct with your client throughout the design and construction process.

WE PAY: OjibwayHomes has a long history of participating in the REALTOR® community and paying REALTOR®’s commission. WE WANT YOUR BUSINESS – WE PAY UP FRONT! No waiting 6 months for construction to be complete*

FINANCING: Ojibway Homes builds the house with its own money. Your client need only pay us an initial 5% downpayment at contract signing and pay the rest when the house is done. To help them with their loan financing, we arrange for an independent mortgage company to staff loan originators in our communities. Your client is, of course, free to seek financing wherever they desire.

NO OBLIGATION: Ojibway Homes employs a reservation process that allows your client to:

  • Determine what model they want;
  • Determine what options they want;
  • Find out how much it will cost them;
  • Lock in pricing; and
  • Secure financing – ALL WITH NO OBLIGATION.

That’s right, they can back out with no penalties or loss of money after going through this process and walking away!

EXISTING MODELS AND BUILD TO SUIT: We build both speculative houses for immediate sale and new builds, depending on the customer’s desires and needs.
