Friendly Construction Process:

Our production system designed around accessibility to you. We provide a full time construction manager and five (5) scheduled inspections of the construction progress in which you take part.

Quality:

Anyone can say “quality construction.” How does Ojibway make quality happen?:

  • Complete specifications of all items in the house
  • High quality materials, such as granite counters and wood flooring
  • Maintaining long term relationships with our trade partners
  • Continuous on-site supervision with quality field construction managers
  • Our own internal quality control system
  • Five (5) inspections by you throughout the process.
Schedule:

We do our best to complete home as quickly as possible, using techniques such as wall panelization and advance scheduling. We give you an initial schedule and keep you informed of any changes.

Warranty:

We offer a 3 year warranty. Our one year comprehensive builder’s warranty plus a 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty® for years 2 and 3.

Financing:

We know that financing your home is an important aspect of your new home buying decision. That is why we offer mortgage loan officers on site at our models to assist you at your convenience.
